In this paper, 15 different human tissue were analysed using RNA-Seq and a good picture of global alternative splicing was obtained. There is important discovery and students are expected to know the methodology used, results obtained and conclusions drawn. This paper is initially discussed in this lesson (November 27) but will be used further in next lessons.
