Malcon Dando is principal investigator for the Wellcome Trust project on Building a Sustainable Capacity in Dual-Use Bioethics, Department of Peace Studies, University of Bradford, Richmond Road, Bradford, UK.

Giulio Mancini, Landau Network-Centro Volta (LNCV), is Researcher and Analyst in nuclear and biological weapon proliferation prevention and disarmament, and biosafety/biosecurity enhancement tools and policies. He holds a M.A. in International Relations and European Integration and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the Catholic University of Sacred Heart, Milan. He is collaborating with several Italian Journals and reviews.
