Student's talk - Molecular Biology - Final Schedule

NOTA: Per inserire i vostri dati in Tabella: per favore seguite le istruzioni!

Iscrivetevi in ciascuno slot temporale, a gruppi di 2 studenti, con un max di 4 gruppi per giorno (5 solo proprio in casi "disperati").
Nella casella di destra indicate il titolo del lavoro scelto e se possibile il link.
Vi consiglio di prenotare lo slot temporale "prima" di avere scelto il lavoro: nello stesso tempo, mettete il lavoro appena lo avete scelto, per evitare che altri scelgano lo stesso.
Gli argomenti principali:
1) microarrays di espressione e RNA Seq - qualsiasi situazione sperimentale, purchè il lavoro descriva con dovuta ampiezza il tipo di analisi, i risultati e, soprattutto, la funzione dei risultati ovvero l'interpretazione ed applicazione.
2) modificazioni epigenetiche, eucromatina ed eterocromatina, studi genome-wide sulla localizzazione di geni, promotori, sequenze silenti o trascritte, isolatori, elementi funzionali di vario tipo.
3) Studi genome-wide sullo splicing alternativo e sulla sua regolazione in qualsiasi modello sperimentale.
4) noncoding RNA: studi di enumerazione e di funzione collettiva. MicroRNA, siRNA, piRNA, long-noncoding RNA.
5) Regolazione trascizionale: fattori di trascrizione, coattivatori, corepressori, studi genome-wide di funzione, ChIP-chip e ChIp-Seq.
6) Regolazione post-trascrizionale: regolazione stabilità mRNA, localizzazione mRNA, proteine leganti RNA sempre con profilo genome-wide.
Si raccomandano Riviste primarie e ultimi due anni (2009 e 2010).
