In agreement with the general aim of the master course,  that in the first year focuses on providing the scientific bases (and applicative cases examples) of disciplines which are relevant for industrial biotechnology, the course is intended to provide the knowledge, the mathematic models and the recent updates on enzymology. Technical as well as critical analysis of enzyme application to industrial catalysis will also be discussed throughout the program. Lab practical, exercises on applicative cases and mathematical treatment of experimental data will be proposed in order to enhance the ability to apply knowledge and comprehension in enzymology to the specific field of industrial biotechnology
